Nota bene: the medical certificate should be in a paper form in English, you need to get it in a laboratory

- medical insurance for the entire period of staying in the UAE with COVID-19 treatment coverage;
-
completed health questionnaire (issued on board the aircraft);
- to take a PCR test upon arrival at the UAE airport (for free);

Citizens of the Russian Federation must ensure that an electronic form is filled out on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (obligatory for arriving at Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo international airports) before departure to the Russian Federation (the completed registration form for arrivals to the Russian Federation must be printed out or shown from the smartphone screen when checking in for the flight).
After returning home, you need to take a coronavirus test and upload the results to the State Services portal
(Gosuslugi) within 96 hours. Citizens who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the past 12 months or who have been ill in the last 6 months are not required to be tested. Information about COVID-19 changes frequently. Please check the latest information a week before departure.
